How does mobile detailing work?
We come to your location—whether it’s your driveway, workplace, or garage—with everything needed to detail your vehicle. You book a time, we show up, and you get a freshly cleaned car without lifting a finger.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?
Right now, we do ask that clients provide access to an outdoor water spigot and standard power outlet when possible. If that’s not available, just let us know—we’ll work with what’s available.

How long does a typical detail take?
Depending on the size of your vehicle and the condition it’s in, a full detail typically takes 2 to 6 hours. Interior or exterior-only services may be quicker.

What kinds of vehicles do you service?
We work on sedans, coupes, SUVs, pickup trucks, minivans, and luxury vehicles. If you have something larger (like a camper or boat), feel free to contact us first for a custom quote.

Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle and it’s safe to work on, you don’t have to be there. Some clients leave the keys in a secure spot or unlock the car remotely.

What if my car is really dirty?
No problem. Whether it’s pet hair, spilled coffee, or kid messes—we’ve seen it all. We’ll do a full assessment and let you know if any extra charges apply before we begin.

What if it rains on the day of my appointment?
We monitor weather closely and will reach out if we need to reschedule. If you have a garage or covered area we can work under, we may still be able to perform interior services as planned.

Is this better than a car wash?
Absolutely. Car washes are fast—but they use very strong, harsh chemicals and tools that degrade and mar your paint immediately, or over time. You get a personalized, high-end clean that protects and maintains your vehicle, keeping it feeling brand new.

How often should I have my vehicle detailed?
We recommend a full detail every 3–6 months to maintain the look, protect your materials, and extend the life of your vehicle’s interior and paint. Monthly maintenance is also available for regular upkeep.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments (like Paypal, Venmo, or Cash App). Let us know your preference when booking.
